In simple English, she will discuss with you how aspects of your case, whether it be children or property or both, can go well and how aspects of your case can go wrong and suggest strategy in procedure, investigation, discovery, negotiation, and trial.

Rose is a confident and articulate lawyer who effectively leads settlement negotiations and will suggest offers and counter-offers in your best interests.

If there is need for it, she will direct the investigation by professionals including private investigators and expert witnesses and of course, prepare, review, and file court pleadings.

As Family law changes and evolves, Rose stays up to date by attending family law specific conferences regularly. She knows the law and will effectively communicate with you about how it applies in your situation.

Rose is from an Italian background so can assist Italian speaking clients with her knowledge of basic Italian and her involvement with the Italian community.

Rose works part time at Belperio Clark, as she spends the other days caring for and entertaining her 18 month year old son and her new daughter, whom she adores.

Rose works as part of a team with Bev and Joanna. So, when she isn’t in, the other members of the team are there to help talk through any issues you may have. Rose works particularly closely with Joanna who has an up to date knowledge of all the happenings on Rose’s files.

As for her credentials, Rose graduated from the Bachelor of Laws and Legal Practice at the University of Adelaide in 2000 and completed her practical training at the College of Law in New South Wales. She was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in July 2002, in South Australia in August 2002 and to the High Court of Australia in 2003.

On the side, Rose has a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, which she hopes to put to some use one day.
