Core Values

A commitment to providing sensible, cost effective and practical solutions to client's needs has always been Roy’s vision of legal practice. Roy is prepared to meet with clients when and where they prefer rather than just at the office.

Roy shares the Belperio Clark core principles of respect, empathy, a commitment to clients, professionalism, and sensible understandable advice. Roy’s core values stem from integrity, honesty and a belief in effective, practical and cost effective service to clients.

Life Experience.

Born in Adelaide SA to an immigrant family Roy’s life experiences have been a mixture of family, legal and military life. He speaks Italian and French. Roy’s background allows him to understand and relate to different national and religious cultures.

In order to deal with clients and people in general Roy draws on  the experiences of being married for over 35 years, raising two daughters each of whom have provided him with grandchildren, and juggling family, work and a commitment to the military.

After 20 years in successful practice Roy took a sabbatical to pursue further university study and a period in the Australian Regular Army (where he obtained a Diploma in Intelligence Analysis) before returning to the law. He remains a member of the Army Reserve.

Personal Interests

Roy’s interests now concentrate on his growing family, his return to the law and hopefully some travel both near and far.
